My PC usage doesn't get the GPU to warm up to that temperature, so the fan is not actually needed. At the moment the graphic card is fully assembled and it's used in my PC, according to the GPU bios the fan is not even supposed to start up until the hottest component on the card reaches 65 degrees Celsius. My memory could be wrong though, please take this with a grain of salt. Pin 6 is connected to refin pin on up9512p. I haven't taken notes of the voltages on the Q32 pins but if my memory is correct pin 1 is connected to GND, there was 2.7v on pins 2, 3 and 4 and there was some voltage i can't remember on pin 5.
